Terms of Use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply to SiteSheet, an app for recording electrical certificates, test results and site safety forms. SiteSheet is provided by NF Trades Pty Ltd (ABN 90 693 525 496), trading as SiteSheet ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SiteSheet, the business you sign up for ("you") agrees to these terms.
1. What SiteSheet does
SiteSheet lets you and your team fill in forms on a phone, keep them in one place, turn them into PDFs and email them. It is a recording and delivery tool. It doesn't test anything, inspect any work or check that what you enter is true or correct.
2. You are responsible for your certificates and forms
You, your licensed electrical contractor and the licensed workers who use SiteSheet remain fully and solely responsible for every certificate, test report, permit, SWMS, JSA and other document created, signed or sent through SiteSheet. This includes:
- doing the inspection and testing the document describes, in line with the law and the relevant standards (including AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3017);
- the accuracy and completeness of everything entered, including results, limits, licence numbers and signatures;
- deciding whether work is safe and compliant, and whether a document should be issued;
- meeting your legal obligations, such as giving certificates to the right person on time, notifying electricity entities, and keeping copies for as long as the law requires;
- making sure safety documents suit your actual site, task and workers, and that workers are consulted and trained.
Form templates, checklists, prefilled content, limits and warnings in SiteSheet are general guides only. They aren't legal, engineering or safety advice and may not cover every requirement for your job, state or situation. Check them against current laws and standards before you rely on them.
3. Accounts and your team
The person who creates the company account is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what roles they give. Keep passwords private and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused. You are responsible for everything done through your company's accounts.
4. Subscriptions and payment
New companies get a 14-day free trial. After that, unless we tell you otherwise when you subscribe, SiteSheet costs (all prices include GST):
- Solo (one user): $25 a month, or $250 a year;
- Team (up to 5 users): $49 a month, or $490 a year, plus $9 a month or $90 a year for each extra user.
The first 50 companies to subscribe monthly may get a founding price ($19 a month for Solo, $39 a month for Team). A founding price stays in place while the subscription stays active on a monthly plan; it ends if you cancel or switch to yearly billing. Payments are taken by Stripe in advance for each month or year. You can cancel any time from Billing; your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before we change prices.
If a payment fails, we'll keep your account working while Stripe retries the card. If it still can't be paid, your company can view and export its forms but can't create new ones until the subscription is restarted.
5. Your data
Your forms and the information in them belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and send them only so we can run SiteSheet for you. You must have the right to collect and share the personal information you enter about your customers and workers. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
We back up our database, but you should download or email copies of any document you're legally required to keep, so you're never relying on SiteSheet alone. Sent forms can't be deleted from inside the app, to protect your records.
If you cancel, you can still sign in and export your forms for 12 months. After that we may delete your company's data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Fair use
Don't use SiteSheet to create false or misleading documents, to send spam, or to break any law. Don't try to access another company's data, interfere with the service, or copy or resell the app. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SiteSheet running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, such as problems with our hosting, email or payment providers. We may change or improve features. If a change significantly reduces what you're paying for, you can cancel and we'll refund any unused prepaid amount.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, fine, penalty or claim arising from the content of any document created, signed or sent through SiteSheet, from work you or your workers carried out, or from your failure to meet your legal obligations;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or lost business; and
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover us for any claim made against us by a third party, such as a customer, builder or regulator, arising from a document you created or sent through SiteSheet or from your breach of these terms.
10. Ending your account
You can cancel at any time. We can end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, in which case we'll refund any unused prepaid amount.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.
