Privacy Policy

SiteSheet is provided by NF Trades Pty Ltd (ABN 90 693 525 496), trading as SiteSheet. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, role, electrical licence numbers and test instrument details for each person on a company account.
- Company details: business name, ABN, contractor licence number, address, phone, email and logo.
- Form content: whatever your team enters into forms. This usually includes customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, site details, test results, signatures and photos.
- Billing details: Stripe handles card details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical details: sign-in times and basic logs we need to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
We use this information to run SiteSheet: to let your team create, save and sync forms, produce PDFs, email documents to the people you choose, manage your subscription, provide support and keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your customers' details for marketing.
For the personal information in your forms, your business decides what is collected and who it's sent to. We store and send it only on your behalf.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database rules mean each company can only see its own forms, and field staff only see the forms they created. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your company's data while your account is open. Sent forms can't be deleted from inside the app, because contractors often have to keep certificates for at least 5 years. If you cancel, you can still sign in and export your data for 12 months. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can see and update your own details in the app. To ask for a copy of personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or make a complaint, email info@sitesheet.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
